Decluttering Without Overwhelm

A 3-Week Nervous-System Reset for Sensitive Families

You can’t regulate your children if you’re dysregulated.

This is not a productivity program.

This is a nervous-system-first reset.

Because calmer parents create calmer homes.
And children benefit by osmosis - not instruction

March 11–25, 2026

Weekly Live Workshops + Optional Sunday Reset Sessions

Replay available for all sessions. Live attendance encouraged but not required.

Modern Parenting is Loud…

Screens.
Schedules.
School forms.
The invisible load.

You love your children deeply.
And yet by evening, you’re overstimulated, reactive, depleted.

You’ve tried:

  • better storage

  • better routines

  • better systems

But this isn’t a systems problem.

It’s a nervous system problem.

Decluttering — done gently and intentionally — isn’t about organising things.

It’s about reducing visual noise.
Lowering decision fatigue.
Clearing what constantly pulls at your attention.

The KonMari approach begins with your belongings -
because when you clarify what truly supports you,
your body softens.

Your home stops shouting.

And your nervous system has space to settle.

Your environment can either fight your regulation — or support it.

This is where we begin.

Who this is for:

This is not:

  • A spring cleaning sprint

  • A rigid routine overhaul

  • A perfectionist reset

  • Passive content you watch and forget

This is guided, live, applied work.

You will take action during our time together.

This is for:

  • Highly sensitive parents

  • Families stretched thin and overstimulated

  • Couples who want shared language + rhythm

  • Parents who want light structure + permission

  • People who do not want hacks, charts, or colour-coded routines

  • Understand how clutter impacts your nervous system and family functioning
  • Identify where visual and emotional friction is draining you
  • Create one calmer “container” in your own space
  • Shift from urgency to renewal
  • Reduce decision fatigue
  • Begin delegating from steadiness instead of frustration

After 3 weeks, you will:

Curriculm

  • Emotional Safety Before Stuff

    Focus:
    • Nervous system & capacity
    • Gentle home + life vision
    • How clutter impacts family functioning
    • Recognising partner & children’s contribution capacity
    • One small live decluttering or rhythm shift

    Optional side quest:
Language shifts (“we’re experimenting” vs “we’re fixing”)

  • Less friction, fewer decisions

    Focus:
    • One family hotspot
    • Reducing sensory overload (visual, auditory, emotional)
    • Choosing what not to manage anymore

    Optional side quest:
    • Sensory kit co-creation
    • Observing (not correcting) children

  • Sustainable rhythms, not resets

    Focus:
    • What stays, what softens, what waits
    • Spring as renewal — not urgency
    • Naming 1–2 family anchors
    • Mindset shifts (renewal vs depletion)

    Optional:
    • 5–10 minute family check-in ritual
    • Letting go of one unrealistic expectation

FAQs

What if my partner isn’t on board?

1

We begin with what’s within your sphere of influence — your belongings, your rhythms, your nervous system.

When one part of a home shifts with intention, the atmosphere often follows. There is no pressure to change anyone else.

What if I’m already exhausted?

2

Then this is exactly where we start.

This is not about doing more. It’s about gently letting go of what drains you — physically, emotionally, energetically.

The pace is steady and supportive. The goal is to increase capacity, not consume it.

Do I need to declutter my whole house?

3

No.

In true KonMari fashion, we focus on clarity and intention — not speed.

You’ll work strategically and gently, starting with areas that support your regulation first.

What if I can’t attend all the sessions live?

4

All sessions are recorded and replay access is included.

Live attendance is encouraged — especially for the shared energy and practical application — but you are welcome to attend via replay or a mix of both.

This is designed to support real family life, not compete with it.

"Thank you for putting such a great resource together and for 'getting' what it's like to be an HSP.  There isn't something wrong with me - my nervous system is just crying out.  How validating.  Thank you for that!  Feeling like I'm not the only one…has been so freeing"

“Rebecca and KonMari have seriously changed our lives! We’re a family of 4 and our lives were chaos! Rebecca has helped us so much, not just her decluttering methods but her mindful, sensitive approach. We now have systems in place so when chaos ensues, as it often does, we know exactly where everything should go which has made it so much easier - I even discovered a love for folding socks and underwear! Rebecca has helped declutter so much even my husband’s tool shed, he is delighted he can find his tools easily! The reduction in our stress levels is huge and I can’t thank Rebecca enough, she’s such a joy to be around!”
