Honouring Life's Journey Through Mindful Letting Go

Two Sacred Journeys…

1. Decluttering After Loss

Honouring Grief Through Mindful Space-Making

The journey of addressing a loved one's belongings after loss inhabits a tender space between honouring what was and creating room for what is. My approach helps you:

  • Discern which items truly preserve meaningful connection

  • Honour the emotions that arise during the sorting process

  • Transform physical objects into living legacy

  • Create sacred spaces that comfort rather than overwhelm

  • Make thoughtful decisions about what to keep, share, or release with gratitude

2. Legacy Decluttering

Creating Space for Joy in Life's Later Chapters

As we move through life's later chapters, our relationship with our possessions evolves, carrying deeper meaning and responsibility. I guide you to:

  • Curate meaningful belongings that reflect your values and journey

  • Release what no longer serves you with gratitude

  • Create a legacy of intentional care for both yourself and loved ones

  • Preserve precious memories while lightening the future burden on family

  • Transform overwhelming accumulation into thoughtfully curated collections

    1. Preparation & Intention

Beginning with compassionate preparation, I help you create a supportive foundation—honouring both emotional connections and the need for gentle forward movement.

    2. Discernment with Compassion

Through practical techniques for joy-checking, emotional processing, and meaningful decision-making, you'll learn how to approach each item with presence and care.

    3. Creating Meaningful Arrangements

Transform your insights into tangible spaces and organised systems that honour memory, legacy, and healing, with sustainable practices that support your continuing journey.

Special Considerations

I understand that legacy and grief decluttering requires distinct approaches from traditional organising.

My process incorporates:

  • Appropriate pacing that respects your emotional energy

  • Recognition of different types of meaningful items

  • Thoughtful documentation of stories and memories

  • Creative ways to honour and preserve what matters most

  • Support for the complex emotions that arise

I first met Rebecca during a very difficult period of my life. My mum was very ill and I was in the middle of an extremely complex and demanding project. My intellectual and emotional lives were filled with clutter, and when I got home after a grueling day, I faced piles of stuff just…everywhere.

It was no way to live and Rebecca was a godsend. We reorganised my workspace and after a serious mental block, ideas began to flow in this newly bright and clear home office.

By helping me do a deep dive into the things that I owned, Rebecca also helped me understand myself a little better. In doing so, I was able to preserve my warmest memories, and more importantly, let go – with thanks and without pain. That helped me navigate life in a way that I had found near-impossible before.

After loss, you need to move, which you can only do if the path in front of you is clear. Rebecca was and remains one of the biggest blessings in my life.
